I don't know what has happened to CVS, but it's terrible. I have been using CVS for 15 years and it used to be such a good pharmacy. It's now understaffed and poorly run. The main cashiers are nice but the pharmacy is just bad. I will be switching soon. Ann C.

You couldn't find worse customer service if you tried. My 87 yr old neighbor went in to buy some stuff and asked an employee if he could check him out snd was told no, use the self service kiosk. My neighbor told him he didn't know how and could the employee help him? He said no. Neighbor had to leave and go somewhere else. Borders on ridiculous. Steer clear if you can.

The explores of the series were nice (albeit disinterested) but the Pharmacy employees were RUDE!!! The store was stocked, prices are normal for CVS, but I couldn't find anyone to check me out. Thank goodness for self-checkout or I might still be waiting.

I've dealt with 3 different CVS's and they're all the same. They all fill my prescriptions whether I'm ready for them or not, regardless of the words that come out of my mouth that say differently. Then you sit in drive thru forever with customers buying toenail fungus cream or whatever it is they're buying that they should go inside and get because the drive thru should be for prescriptions only and it would move faster, so i now decide to go inside because the drive thru line isn't moving at all. There is no one inside except a pharmacist filling prescriptions that are on auto refill that most people don't want filled yet and someone working drive thru and the phone saying, "Pharmacy, Line 1", only the pharmacist never picks up the phone......don't get me started on this!!! The employees don't even look at me for several minutes which is annoying. You know they see you and filling prescriptions is more important than waiting on customers that are standing right there. After waiting 12 minutes, the pharmacist asks if they can help me....12 minutes!!! What kind of Mickey Mouse place is this? What happened to customers come first? I've tried 3 different ones.....Cleary, Airline and Severn. This is the lousiest service I've ever gotten from a pharmacy. When I get a pharmacist who finally doesn't do all that, they're transferred to another store. The only reason I put a one star is because I could not select anything lower.

The CVS pharmacy on Severn is horrible. The pharmacist was extremely rude . She also kept lying to us about my prescription. She failed to get my prescription transferred and blamed it on everyone else. I basically had to do her job for her. I sent my 83 year old parents to pick up my prescription. She said she had no prescription and didn't know what she was talking about . I talked to her and she said it would be ready in an hour. She asked them why did they even come to this store? This was a cream all it needed was a label. She caused me to suffer excruciating pain for hours. They don't care about their patients. I am going to report this to the board so this never happens to anyone again. I would blast her name but I will take action first.

I usually pick up my prescriptions in the drive through, but went inside on my recent visit because I needed to grab a few items. I immediately noticed that the store was clean and organized throughout. Huge kudos to the guy working in the pharmacy because he told two people they needed to have a mask on. My prescription was free so I paid for my other items at the front counter. I had some gift cards and the cashier was confused about how I could pay for them. She said I could only use a debit card, but I like to use my credit card in order to get points. She went back and forth about what I could do and then called the manager to the front. When the manager arrived, the cashier didn't say anything so I had to ask and he said a credit card is fine as long as my ID matched. Other than that hiccup, I'd say my shopping experience was good.

Dropped my Rx off and was told it would be ready at 2:30pm. I returned at 5:30pm and was told they didn't have anything for me in the system...... after a few minutes of searching around the pharmacy, they found my Rx, which of course was not filled yet. If I had the time to "wait" for my Rx to be filled, I would've waited when I first dropped it off.

Was waiting in line for older ladies to get there issue resolved. Another employee came up and we asked him to help us. He put his finger up and helped the woman who walked up behind us. Jacob was rude and dismissive. Won't be returning.

This CVS is ridiculous. Trying to get a refill is insane, phone call trying to place the refill was 25 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick it up, nobody ever did. I decided to drive there, but I have to wait 3 hours to get the prescription, for something already put together.

CVS Pharmacy at 4301 Airline Dr Metairie, LA 70001 I see why this location has so many bad reviews . . . so rude. The cashier LYONISHA, wow, hard to believe any business would keep her as an employee. I tried not to make a scene so after she finished with her "OMG" and other room comments (because the $3 bonus reward wasn't on my card and I needed to "add to card" - apparently I took too much time for her - maybe they should speed up their app some, not my fault). I would have complained however, her rude comments were directed to the manager standing right next to her. So, I called the corporate office. I can say for sure if this were my regular location I'd be going to Walgreens. I'd NEVER strep foot in that door again. The CVS location on Williams in Kenner is great, very helpful and courteous employees. I have a lot of prescriptions with them and I spend a lot of money there . . . if that had been my first time in any CVS I can assure you I'd never return. Do yourself a favor and find another location nearby.

This was my third attempt to get a Rx refilled after going to the Cleary Store. As usual, they didn't have it. In addition, I was told their fax machine was not working. I'm sure the District Manger, Leslie has an corporate card. If, I was in her shoes I would have gone to Office Depot and purchased a fax machine. How can a pharmacy function effectively without the basic necessities? The gentleman who helped me was kind, but CVS Pharmacy is a poorly run company. As a loyal customer for many years, I finally had it. I have change companies and so far so good. I video taped my last experiences (Airline/Cleary) and would like to send them to the Regional Manager Kevin Strorm, but I haven't been able to find is email address.

There is no customer service at this pharmacy. After sitting for 20 min in my car as if they didn't see me I'm told it will be 2 hours. Come back and told they couldn't read the name so it was not filled!! If they would have acknowledged me in the beginning at actually looked at the prescription before just sending me off this all could have been resolved. And to my opinion the name was completely legible they just didn't care

I quit shopping here a year ago after hearing the manager verbally abuse a staff member. That was the 2nd time that same manager had spoken unkindly to an employee working the register. Although I quit going inside to make purchases I kept my prescriptions at this location simply due to the close proximity of my home. Tonight I called in a prescription at 5:30 pm and was told it'd be ready by 8 pm. Although I didn't receive a text confirmation it was ready, I went to pick it up. Since I need it for the morning. I arrived in the drive thru at 8:49 pm. Due to the long line I didn't make it to the window until exactly 9 pm. The woman saw me, we make eye contact and she pulls the shade down. I went inside and was treated so poorly by the pharmacist I'm at a loss for words. The woman that pulled the shade down had to have been the same woman I spoke to earlier in the evening and she was rude on the phone. After I pickup the prescription tomorrow, I will never use this horrible place again. I'm also calling customer service tomorrow. Which likely won't make a difference if they treat their customers half as bad as this location.
