The guy sold us a lemon. Purchased a van because I needed another catering van. I was traveling to Alabama and purchased the van on a Friday evening. On Monday I put the van to get a maintenance check and to
Verify the ticking sound I was hearing coming from the engine. Dealership that I am using for maintenance mentioned there’s some issues with the van engine. I contacted this dealership and explained what was going on and see how we can work this out. The guy refused to do anything and told me that this is not his problem. I haven’t had the vehicle at this point for a week, 3 days to be exact. We are working with the warranty company to see what they can do but as someone who has served my country honorably and faithfully I expected better. This guy attitude changed tremendous from when he was selling the vehicle. This dealership is dishonest and sells lemons. Do yourself a favor and please stay away. I plan on suing and will not stop until justice is served.

Family member had recently totaled a car and was looking for a reasonably priced replacement. Car city had a car that was a little older model but in like-new condition and a very reasonable price. Emilia was great to work with and purchase was quick and easy. Very satisfied.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Let me tell you I Purchased a 2008 Chevy Suburban 1500 LTZ. The car was listed at $9999 and on sale for $7499. It was the best I could find miles and body style clean inside and out. It had some small issues that I wasn’t exactly worried about. The LTZ has a tow package but the electrical was broken. No biggie I’m not towing things. I took it for a test drive and I rode well from what I can tell. I’m not a mechanic either but it “seemed” fine. I’m on this street doing my test drive going 35mph. I’m pushing it to 55 and the girl that was driving me her name started with a E was like slow down police are big here. So I say it’s my ticket! Eventually we move forward I get it! Now it’s dark. I get in to leave and the head lights don’t work. It was day when I test drove and I thought I saw them working when I checked it. I bring this up to the front office and the man I forget his name said well we don’t drive our cars at night. You can get some bulbs and we can install them for you. Sure but it’s 7pm and I live 1.5 hrs away. I should have known then with his smart remarks. Do now I’m on the open freeway going 80 because that’s the speed limit in Tx. Next thing I know low oil pressure turns on and the car shuts off. Now I’m like what’s up with that. So I restart the car and drive to the closest oil change place. The dealership advertised that they give an oil change for peace of mind blah blah. Well the oil change people were like this oil is black and old. So they do their thing. Meanwhile the check engine light is on 3 other things come on as well. So it Thursday night. Friday I take it to the mechanic to see what’s up with the check engine light. They give me a bunch of codes and look at the engine and say well you need a newer engine. Not new but not 20 years old either. So then I’m like oh that’s crazy. I take it to another mechanic to get a second opinion. That mechanic said you know placing new parts on this isn’t going to help. So I call the dealership 3rd party warranty that I had and I’m like can you see my warranty in the system. The warranty place tell me It’s not there. I call the dealership back and let him know what’s going on. He ask for the codes and I tell him. Now this man isn’t a mechanic either. He wanna argue all day with me about what codes are and how simple it would be to fix it and how he don’t drive the cars at not nor does he drive them ever. He claimed that he sends it to a shop to make sure that they are in good working condition. Clearly it is not because the car broke down. Instead of arguing with an idiot I’m like how can we solve this. He says well you have a warranty and if you need a new engine it’s covered under warranty. It was at this point he realized he messed up. I says sir I called my paperwork wasn’t even in the system. Apparently he does it when he feels like it 2 weeks later. Just lazy! Anyway so it takes this guy 2 days to get that done now we are at Thursday a whole 7 days after purchase. So I take it back to the mechanic and they give me the price quote for the ability to rebuild an engine. $3500 and that warranty that the owner or manager of the dealership was so adamant would cover the price of an engine was laughable. It covered $1200. So ultimately this dealership will prey upon you because you wanna get a car out right. They sold me a car knowing that there was significant issues wrong with it. And the other thing is the mirror on the driver side isn’t a match to the passenger side, side swiped I guess. The remote start doesn’t work either. I didn’t even notice that it even came with the car. Anyway don’t waste your time energy money effort here. That just took all my money. It’s Christmas season and instead of having reliable transportation to visit family we are stuck with a bad car no presents no joy nothing! Run…!

They responded quickly to an online request about a vehicle. They were thorough in making sure the vehicle was right for me, and worked with me for proper financing. Very much an all around pleasant experience. Frank and Emilia took great good care of me! Definitely give them a chance, if there’s anyway it can happen, they will make sure it does! Definitely A+!!
