Let me start by saying I know next to nothing about banking. Over a year ago I owed $50 to an account cuz I was overdrawn and was unavailable for about a year. Now that I'm getting my finances secured I'm going to pay that and open up a new checking account. I came in and Drea help me through the entire process. She was fantastic I'm leaving with a new checking account and the debts paid I did want to open up a line of credit, and then another man came to help me with that he wasn't quite as helpful as her. Basically told me to do it on my own, maybe that's their protocol I don't know . If i knew how to do this kinda thing i woulsnt have asked for help. Ill open up credit elsewhere. but I do know that Drea gets five stars hands down! She was polite, friendly, and beyond helpful!

Terrible service and ATMs never work and now they are closed Saturdays. Capital One Bank needs to close down this branch ASAP

Went early in the week to request a copy of a check ( wouldn’t show up on internet) and a clerk couldn’t get it either. He said he’d call me when he got it…. Im still waiting…

I was looking for a capital one bank that may be open today. A Saturday since I am in desperate need of gas money and I lost my card, when searching it said this was open 24 hours and it's closed.It's not a holiday by any means so please correct it. Just so no other person assumes your open.Thank you ♥

No open on Saturday... this is very bad! I lot people work minday to friday and need to much go on bank on saturday. Please please please open on saturday!
