Deborah was absolutely awful to deal with. They profile customers at this location and decide whether or not they “think” this person should have as much money as they do. Because of this, I am still waiting for even $1 to clear from a check I cashed a week ago.

The people that work at this branch are racist. If you are of color just watch how they look at you. As if my husband’s money isn’t green/ available or he shouldn’t be at this location. It’s ridiculous, unnecessary and unacceptable. My husband makes more money LEGALLY for a well known international company. More money than half if not all, of the people working here. This branch should be a shamed of themselves and next time I will have the names of whom we dealt with.The lesson here is, Stop judging people by their appearances. He was very professional with the teller. He was going to work so he was in uniform and his pants don’t sag. He is educated also. I will be back to collect names and put their name on here. If they have done it to him then they've done it to someone else before him, im sure.

When I came in there were two tellers. One had a customer the other was busy doing”something”. One came in from somewhere else and waited on me. She asked much I wanted to take out. I asked for a withdrawal slip. She seemed bothered by that. She then proceeded to announce how much I was taking out. If I wanted everyone in the bank to know the amount of my withdrawal I would announce it myself. Your tellers should be more discreet.

I came into this branch a few days ago and was helped by Wyako Lindsey. She went above and beyond to help me and made absolute sure my problem was taken care of. Her customer service was top tier which is very rare these days. I was super pleased and thankful.

So i came into this branch this past tuesday to cash a cashiers check. i wanted to cash this check, pay my negative 5 dollar balance and get on with my day. She had to announce to the whole bank that my checking account is restrictive therefore she cant cash it. She advised me to deposit it onto my saving and that the next buisness day this check and its funds will be available. While pretty annoyed at this bank teller condesending towards me i took her advice believing my funds will be ready next buisness day. It saved me the trip to some loud ass choatic walmart to cash it. Once deposited she then tells me the funds wont be available for a whole week. She messed my whole week up because she simply couldnt give me back my check its gonna take over a week. cant express how angry at this lady i felt...and all she can say is ..sorry????? She was a white older lady with fake blond short hair. She did nothing ot fix the situation on any level..HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Nae needs serious retraining. All I wanted was a check book re-order. For some reason, we are unable to accomplish this simple talk online. Yet Nae insisted I was wrong the first time I came in today. So I went home, tried to order online, took a photo of the computer screen and went back into this branch. This time Nae tried to rewrite history and say that she has asked for my drivers license to handle it the first time. This could not be further from the truth. The first time in she was grumpy, rude and dismissive. This is unacceptable customer service for anyone. We have two accounts with Capital One - both for over 10 years. Never experienced this kind of attitude by any employee.

They suck. Bank One on Canal/Carrollton is simply the worst. They are rude to the customers, and they act as if they're doing you a favor.Can't wait until they fold. I have begun looking for a more positive experience.

Very nasty new representative in the drive-thru. She was very disrespectful to me unlike the other employees who are kind. Very sad this is a great establishment but all has went down hill with her representing this company. Shouldn't hire people like that to represent a well known establishment!
