We ordered all new high end kitchen appliances plus a washer/dryer and Campo has been nothing but a nightmare. They never call back when they say they will, they deflect blame, don't communicate about changes in price up-front, forget about previously made agreements, gaslight and work with an installer that is extremely rude and didn't do the job well.

The selection at this company is great ,but that is the ONLY thing that is !! The only time the salespeople are helpful is when you are purchasing your appliances. After that they are of NO HELP !! . They do not return your calls .!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered an appliance in December... still not in??!!! Have called numerous times... they DO NOT return calls!!! Appliance still NOT in!! Would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! The one star is for their selection.

I went with my mom after her fridge died. The lady, can't remember her first name but her last name was Campo, that helped us was fantastic and really took the time to explain the different refrigerators to my mom. Great service, great price and my mom said the delivery which was the next day went very well. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a Sharp microwave drawer, Bosch Dishwasher, a Frigidaire upright freezer, and Frigidaire Double Ovens. Despite a few challenges with the new ovens, that was beyond anyone's control, everything turned out perfectly. Pk and Jr worked with us to get things in order. And a big shout out to Gina, for her help and patience with us during the countless phone calls through the whole process with the ovens. She's the best! Kevin and Matt were awesome with the install. Bottomline, great customer service and prices as well. We highly recommend Campo.

Words cannot express how amazing their customer service is at campo. After having a horrible experience with Lowes delivery, I contacted campo for a new washer and dryer. Gina called me quickly and gave me all options. Bent over backwards from purchase to the delivery. And our delivery team was wonderful. Who in this day and age calls his electrician buddy to come help you on Saturday? Donnie did.I will never use anyone else for appliances. 5 stars well earned.

Replaced my washer and dryer with a Speed Queen from Campo. Marion was great at guiding me through the selection process, verifying the best price available, checking inventory, and arranging for delivery and install. Delivery was the next day an install was very professional and uneventful. Within a month, the dryer went down causing me untold grief. As it turned out the problem was on my end with a defective circuit breaker. Am now up and running and happy with my washer and dryer. I recommend Campo in part because of their quality in house delivery and install team.
