Two of my mayonnaise jars were opened, out of six shipped. I opened two tickets with photos showing the opened jars, but was denied a replacement. Wouldn't recommend thsi vendor. I wish I had done more research on them before I ordered from them.

My elderly mother purchased a fifteen pound turducken with seafood jambalaya for Thanksgiving. This order was totally disappointing…tasteless, dry, tough, and bland. The skin had the texture of leather. The so called stuffing was not seasoned at all. Definitely NOT fresh! The cost was not worth the value… extremely disappointing! My mother should have read the reviews more carefully before placing her order. Based on your reviews, it was pointless for her to request a refund.

I would give them NO stars if the review allowed! I ordered some sausage for a Mardi Gras themed cookout. I paid waaay too much for shipping and upon arrival the package was sliced open as if to be prepared and then someone decided to put it back in the freezer. I sent proof in the form of pics as requested. They denied replacement and/or reship. Claimed it was damaged by the dry-ice, that was, by the way ,in its own separate bag inside a styrofoam cooler. Clearly the photos indicated it was a clean straight slice at the sausage link, not even at the vacuum sealed seam, and NOT a tear from shpg and handling or packaging. I WAS a repeat customer. WAS being the operative word. I would find another vendor for your Cajun food orders.

Ordered live crawfish for delivery. Upon delivery there was a high number of deal crawfish (almost half) We cleaned and used the live ones. I reported the issue and was asked for proof which I provided. Cajun Grocer then ghosted me despite three more follow ups from me. never again.

I ordered appetizer-sized meat pies which were available according to the website. It turns out that they were out of stock, so instead they sent me the regular size (which I would not have ordered if I had known the appetizer size was not available) without contacting me. When I asked them for a refund, they said that they were basically the same thing and will only refund the difference in price between the items ($3.72) vs about $20. The customer support person told me that the website is not always up to date, and I could cut the regular ones in half. I have ordered from them multiple times over the years, but their unwillingness to give me a refund for something that I did not order has made me an ex-customer.

Received my order of Camellia Small Red Beans, Boscoli Olive Salad, & Poshe’s Pralines. It arrived very quickly, and was pleased with how well it was packed. Kudos to whoever took pride in a job well done!

This was our 12th crawfish order. The last three have included more dead ones. They told us 5% dead was normal then 10% This time it was over 30%. Crushed and already rotted, Handled properly by us. Sent the proof they asked for then they ghosted us. Just denied it on the credit card.

I normally always order with Cajun Grocer for my creole foods but I can not for the life of me swallow the shipping prices listed below. Fedex Express Saver - $70.90 Fedex 2 Day - $83.45 Standard Overnight - $118.72 A order that cost $89 should not cost $71 to ship! I have checked other Cajun /Creole companies..ie listed here below: Louisiana Crawfish CO and Creole Food CO These companies are only $37 to $38 for the same exact arrival time with similar product availability. Cajun Grocer has overall the best catalog but their FEDEX shipping cost is 100% being DOUBLED! I am unsure of this practice but skimming off the back end with shipping cost doesn't quite seem legal!! JUST SAYING

Tomorrow I am hosting a Mardi Gras party. My order from Cajun Grocery was due today. I called to see where it was and was told it was never shipped. (Of course I was charged for it a month ago). She had no idea what happened so she said they would ship it Monday. I said no thanks and cancelled the order. Now desperately trying to find Cajun food to make! So disappointed.

They ship you food that will expire in a month or less. when I asked them about it, they said I could freeze it. I told family, friends, and social media friends to not purchase items from here.

Absolutely horrible, fraudulent service! They don't protect their products for shipping and then refuse to make it right when your items arrive damaged and not usable. You can be guaranteed to lose money if something goes wrong with your shipment!We have a Cajun food truck in NC and hoped to use them as a source for a lot of our LA-sourced items. We've ordered over $800 in 3 recent orders.This week's delivery included 4 jars of the Boscoli olive salad, $120 worth of product. Two jars came open during shipping and spilled since these 4 heavy jars were shipped in the original box, no bubble wrap or other protective material. The entire outside of the box was covered in an oily mess.After sending detailed photos, multiple e-mails, and a phone call (plus an offer to video call them to show the damage), they are unwilling to do anything other than issue a $29.99 refund to cover 1 jar. They apologize for the "inconvenience" in making me eat the other $29.99 + the $35+ in shipping costs.They truly do not care about their customers or business practices - you have been warned! I just wish I had read all the horrible reviews out there before I made the mistake of giving them my business.
