brooks was amazing! they helped us tremendously and packaged my almost 1 year old’s birthday bear amazing. also the other worker, i didn’t catch their, was amazing as well! they stuffed my son’s bear up and explained how the voice recording process worked. thank you for making this experience amazing for us 🥰
