Customer service is the only reason I give 5 stars. Brandon and Rhonda Lynn were awesome. We were rather upset that we got a phone call 45 minutes before scheduled pick up time informing us that only electric cars were available but Brandon helped us to understand EVs since we knew nothing about them. Someone ended up returning a good old fashioned gas powered vehicle early and Brandon got it to us so that we would feel better about renting. He even personally cleaned the car for us. If it had not been for Brandon, we would have gone elsewhere even though we would have missed out on the 35 percent off. Customer service is a huge deal for us. Brandon and Rhonda Lynn are definitely great examples of what customer service should be.

The lady at the counter was absolutely wonderful and friendly!! I got exactly the vehicle I had reserved. I will definitely use them again!

Reserved a vehicle a week in advance for pick-up upon opening. I arrived and was informed the vehicle hadn’t been delivered. They didn’t know if it would be delivered. Then advised it couldn’t be delivered, asked if I wanted to go to another location (Airport); when I agreed, she called to get the number of the vehicle, so she could process it, and I could just pick it up and leave since I’ve already been dealing with this a 1/2 hr. Instead of calling with the number, all of a sudden, the vehicle is en route & will be here in 30 minutes when the airport isn’t 30 min away. I said I could get there before then. I was told it's already en route and that older people drive the “Hyke”, so it takes longer. I don’t understand why their inventory isn’t done the day or night before to avoid all this. If I were working here, I would be making sure the vehicles are on site. This Budget must do better. I’ve lost an hour dealing with them today. The Airport staff not responsive, and Downtown didn't answer. It's really sad when a corporate business operate like this.UPDATE: The vehicle arrived at 10:00 am. I was given $30 off the rental, and the process was expedited. Thank GodUPDATE #2: Returned vehicle this morning, and the Manager/Owner was there. She gave us an additional discount. She was very apologetic about our experience yesterday. She shared her testimony with us about her experience w/ Avis, and buying out Budget, and the current climate in the industry during the pandemic. I would definitely support this sister, this location & appreciate her team for looking our for us, and handling their business the right way. Thanks, Shawn & your team! I’m excited about your future at this location!

Will never rent a truck from Budget. They gave me one with bad brakes. It drove so slow that it took me 4 hours more to get to my destination. My car was damaged in the trip, and I never got a call from them asking me about what hapenned eventhough I reported this.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. How horrible of customer service they have!! I had a reservation booked (only because Enterprise is out of cars) and I called to get a pick up from my hotel which is only 2 miles away and they wouldn't do it because I prepaid. Budget requires a prepayment to get the lower price!! But I can't get picked up because I prepaid?? How ridiculous is that! I called their customer service and asked for a supervisor and they refused to transfer me and instead hung up on me. I HATE BUDGET SOOOO MUCH!!!!

Worst experience EVER !!!!! I do not recommend. They charged me twice. I paid for the rental. They didn’t return my deposit, not professional, then charged me a week later for something I have no knowledge of. Call customer service, she was no help didn’t give me no information. I have reported. Didn’t deserve one star

I made a reservation several weeks ago for a Chevy Suburban to be picked up from this location. I even confirmed my reservation on Monday June 8, only to be assured that everything was fine and I could pick up the vehicle at noon today. 10AM this morning I got a call from a very rude clerk who said no vehicle would be available. I would suggest never, never rent from Budget Car Rental. They just don't care about service.

The customer service isnt bad here and is always really friendly but reason for the 2 stars is bc they pull some shady stuff at this location ... beware that in order for you to use a debit card they will try to require that you obtain their "optional" full coverage policy, even though your car insurance may cover your rental fully !! After calling customer service days after rental was returned I was thankfully reimbursed the amount I had paid for the coverage and was told that since this location is a corporately owned location that at no time is this coverage required and is always optional!! So, if they try to "make/require" you to obtain their coverage, deny and call customer service b/c according to customer service, this location cant require you to get this coverage and it's of course just optional.

Absolute worst experience I've had. The customer service is terrible, the truck was filthy, spent over 2 hours waiting on a truck because she needed some paperwork from my insurance company that was already sent over. I never get angry in these situations but she had my blood boiling. I even had to go out to the truck with my dad to inspect it because she wouldn't budge. Would NEVER rent from them again.

Reserved a car two weeks in advance, did not get the car I picked. I got one similar. I notice it had a oil leak. Had to dring to airport to swop out. Was not offered a upgrade or discount for my inconvenience. The original place of rental was very friendly. The staff at airport was not friendly and very short in conversation.
