Exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled and respectful staff. Probably one of the easiest car shopping experiences I’ve ever had, plus the Subaru itself and the follow up services provided are outstanding. Everyone there went out of their way to be sure I got what I wanted/needed in a car and was happy.

This dealership is wildly dishonest and the service agents are unpleasant to work with. They quoted me >$7k of work on my well working vehicle (with less than 50k miles). They were pushy about the work needing to be done and rude/vague/smug when I asked questions. I was totally turned off. Took the car to a trusted family mechanic who reviewed their quote, took a full diagnostic & told me the car only needs $900 in repairs. Since my most recent negative experience with this location, I’ve asked neighbors about their experiences - and the consensus has been the same: dishonest & rude. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here. Do better !!

I have had positive experiences here with the staff and for my oil changes and tire rotations included with my warranty.
But if you are having any issues with your car, expect at least a week wait to be able to see a mechanic here- no matter the severity of the issue.
I don’t think it’s realistic for most people to not use their car for a week or more because it is potentially unsafe- while waiting for the issue to be diagnosed.
Edit: after explaining my situation to Bryan Subaru and being told that I could be seen on the 10th, I called two other places in the New Orleans area that serve Subaru models- but they do not do electrical issues.
I youtube’d how to dismantle a Subaru cross trek console, and dried the area that got wet during my detail that was giving my car electrical issues myself. It fixed the issue.

I trust the mechanics at Bryan Subaru to give me honest, knowledgeable advice rather than many other dealerships in the area. The service is relatively fast and my car looks and feels great after they wash it. Reliable and dependable!

I see that moat reviews for this business are good. However, this was my experience- Subaru culture doesn't exist at this facility. The story- I bought a battery in November of 2022, I called to utilize the warranty to get a new battery, they told me they had no record of my purchase and that I had the wrong dealership. I spoke with a service manager, emailed him my bank statement showing the purchase, and he didn't email me back until the end of the day stating "I have forwarded this to the parts manager, being older than a year he is the only person that can help you." So I waited an entire day to be told that. Today I received a voice-mail from the parts manager stating, " we don't have a record of your purchase so we can't replace the battery." This experience has been one of the worst, if not the worst, dealership experiences I've ever had. Again, Subaru culture doesn't exist at this location.
