The store is clean. However the clothes are not organized by size and everything is 50% off everyday. Which really means they put some really high crazy price on items to trick you into thinking you’re getting a good deal when in reality you’re still paying quite a bit for each item.

This thrift store is organized, prices and sale prices clearly marked. I've bought furniture from them, as well as household items and I've donated clothes and other items. There is a bigger store in Jefferson Parish, but this place has a good selection. Lamps! I have bought several lamps here, which came with bulbs and in working condition. I would say that their top stuff would be lamps, discounted mattresses, women's shoes and bags, frames, and incomplete sets of china. A good number of wedding presents seem to cycle through this store. And this store raises money for a community-based treatment center for recovering alcoholics.

The prices are absurd considering it’s used clothing and half of it is stained save your money and go to goodwill

I have never written a review but need everyone to know how nice the staff is a Bridge House. I have recently made multiple donations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Nick for his sharp eyes and honestly. I lost an antique bracelet while dropping off. He kept it safe knowing someone would return for it. Good people doing good work!

This is hands down my favorite thrift store. I never leave empty handed and Nick, the manager, is an absolute gem. Everyone is always super friendly and the prices are great.

I love this place, I come from Mandeville every week. Nick is amazing! So friendly and courteous to everyone, including the employees. The store is so clean and organized, Nick should be the poster boy for all those in retail!!

Take Note: NO DRESSINGS ROOMS. Clean store. Lots of clothes. A Section for $1.00 on clothing is huge. Rest of clothes are all marked half off which is really the real price. For some reason there are men working there who are loud and hanging around.

Amazing place Amazing staff evvvverything is half off so any reviews stating prices forgot to include that half off mark on everything..... However anyone that complains about a thrift store whose proceeds 100% go to battered women and children I wouldn't take that review into account

I absolutely love this thrift store. The prices are great and usually the employees are very helpful and polite. However, today (October 14th @3pm) I was just flat out dissatisfied with the customer service I experienced. I don’t know what was her malfunction, but the cashier (Kenzie) was just downright rude. Not realizing theres a 5 dollar minimum for using a card, my boyfriend tried to purchase a pair of pants for a dollar. I told him he couldn’t do so because there’s a card minimum and he responded with “oh really?”. The cashier then flipped and embarrassed us in front of several other customers when she caught an attitude and yelled “yes!”accompanied by a look of disgust on her face. I didn’t realize that checking out merchandise was such a stressful job to where you have to get agitated with your customers for just asking “oh really?”. There was zero attitude on our part. She also accused us of fighting because just because I told my boyfriend I would cover the pants. Just because you have a bad attitude doesn't mean everyone around you does as well.

LOVE the dollar clothes section! Found several cute pieces. Just wish they had a dressing room. Their shoes are extremely overpriced tho. Found a pair of boots I really liked but could not justify paying $27 for a pair of used shoes. They do have shoes for 50% off but even those are too expensive for a used shoe.

Prices way to high for a thrift shop I thought. You could plainly tell shoes and boots are used, but had $25 to $30 prices on them. Also, the older lady running the register seemed a little snippy. I could tell she didn't really want to be there.
