While visiting my nephew in Louisiana, my sister needed a phone. We went to Boost Mobile at 2900 Cleary Ave in Metairie. We got there at approximately 7:35pm. We walked in, and I asked what time the store closed and was told 8pm. The two young ladies working in the store were not welcoming. I made the assumption that maybe they were ready to get off work. The young lady who addressed us either didn't have a personality or was just rude. This is what my nephew said about her. My sister has very low vision, and one thing she wanted was a bigger screen on the new phone she was going to purchase. My nephew had to assist my sister because the lady working acted as if we were bothering her. She barely answered any of our questions, nor did she come to assist my sister with a phone. When my sister had a question, the young lady spoke so quietly, you couldn't hear her, and she stayed behind the counter. Not one time did she come over to show features of any phone we were looking at. My nephew would walk over to my sister and read her the information from the display board. As the lady was ringing up the items, my sister asked if she could tell her the cost of each item as she's ringing them up. The lady replied,'It will be on the receipt." I read each purchase item off to my sister once she was handed the receipt. My sister didn't have anything nice to say about her experience in this store, and she had to set up her phone when she returned to Chicago. My nephew made this sell. The young lady was not customer service oriented.

I have been going to this location for about 7 years. My experience with one of the Representatives, a new person I have never seen, first helps me with a problem I had with my phone, then when I asked about getting a new phone and help looking at the desplays, she repeatedly told me to go read individually about them. She would not come out from behind the counter to help me. I was the only one in the store. I told her I was going somewhere else. This was truly appalling! I was very polite and to be treated like this was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! This girl should not be in sales or allowed to work with the public. And what was worst, the other girl I've worked with for many years, did not speak up. I will never go back to that location again and have switched carriers. I refuse to be treated that way.

I visited several stores and called Boost customer service in an attempt to resolve a technical problem that was preventing me from upgrading my phone. I was about to give up, but finally, Nicole, a customer service representative at this location, was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. She did a great job.

I ordered a sim card from boost mobile and it came in the mail today and I called to have them activate it and all I got was somebody else phone connected to my network. The customer service was so poor. I was trying to get them to put my service on my phone and nothing. All they did was add my service to somebody else phone. Isn't that fraud??? I told them to conceal the service. People please be careful ordering they sim card off they web because they will tell u on they website that your phone is compatible and then when u call to activate they put your service to somebody else phone

This is the best Boost Mobile store there is. The girls in their really know what they are doing! They are very friendly and extremely helpful!! This is my favorite Boost store by far!!

Very poor customer service. The 3 young ladies working here have bad additudes and seem bothered. I would recommend not going to this location and go to the one on Veteran's Blvd.

I apologise but if you own a store that other people own wouldn't you think to make prices at least close to the same. The boost store in boutte is bad. Most of the phones are used and to top it off they are asking brand new prices.
