Absolutely inept. Sent out a leaking stove, took a week to replace... With ANOTHER leaking stove which also had a broken controls panel, which then took nearly two months to get replaced, then broke my gas line in the botched installation, then tried to tell me the 100% new break in the line had been the problem all along, after telling me they normally don't install gas stoves. Mind you, the previous two installations of broken stoves were finished with a gas line check. No cracks.
Oh! And left the last broken stove right outside the front of my house... I can only guess because they knew it was garbage? 0/10

We have been buying washers and dryers for Bonneval's for over 30 years. They last as long as a new washer and dryer would at a fraction of the cost. Always fast service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trying to get a faulty appliance fixed for months. It was sold to us as being in good condition. The dryer door would not stay closed. When I say we've been calling and leaving messages for months, I mean literally months. We finally got a human being on the phone last weekend, who promised to call back, and never did. We're going to have to pay out of pocket to fix an appliance they sold us.Shop elsewhere.

Be aware that your appliance will only last a month or two. Once the washer was delivered, it didn’t work, so they took it back. Worked for a month then broke again. Seriously not worth the trouble, just finance a new one for 6 months at $80 a month. And be aware that if you buy a combo set, you’ll actually be paying full price for one, as the other one is guaranteed to break. I’m not mad, this is just what your getting.

I bought my first washer and dryer from here and never had any issues. I even told my landlord to start getting anything she needed from them because they work very hard to satisfy a customer!! Staff is super friendly and helpful

They will happily swap out the broken appliance they sell to you that works for a week or so, then you have to come right back. Just go to the scratch and dent store or get one new. These guys have done the same thing to at least 3 other people who bought from here that I have talked to. Nice how they put Jesus’s name on the desk but do you dirty anyway.
