Something is wrong with the older women in the furniture department. I know Nevada was the name of one lady and for the other lady, I did not get her name. I went in to order a loveseat and Nevada gave me the advice to order the sofa online and I could come pick it up later. I get there a few hours later with the truck. I went up to the other lady (black older woman) and told her I was there to pick up the sofa. She then said “Oh that was you with the online order, I’m gonna strangle you” and put her hands up in a strangling motion. And then she went up to Nevada and repeated to her what she said to me. I was so caught off guard and I am in the middle of a move and just wanted my freaking sofa. We eventually got it and left but I’m calling corporate today. Nobody should be talked to like that I’m still confused why she would say that! It’s like going to Good Year and the mechanics get mad at you for getting new tires. Try to avoid coming to this one if you can.

GREAT retailer!! They sell many different products that you'd find at OTHER retailers, BUTTTT for a FRACTION of the PRICE ?
I would like to see more clothing items though...
You can find ANY THING from Furniture to Home Goods to Lawn & Garden to Pet Supplies to Food/Grocery to Health & Hygiene Products to Electronics etc etc etc....

Made an online order. Received an email that it was ready to be picked up. Get there and they can’t find the order. Was told it was misplaced. Terrible service at this location. I will never shop here again.

Last week was my first time in Big Lots. After a 3rd visit hoping to buy the kitchen pantry. I finally got it. Each visit the entire staff was wonderful. Navada, furniture manager, ROCKS! I'll be back for the white arch mirror. Thank you all for the great customer service. I was impressed.
