I called the store a woman named Alicia answered. She was very polite and professional and went above and beyond. I believe when I called inquiring to see if they had a specific item in store. Alicia took the the time to go and ensure they had the item I was inquiring about as well taking the time to go look that the selection of the items and prices. Unlike most stores or another big lots location I called before this one . I’m closer to another big lots but unfortunately they lacked the professionalism and customer care that Alicia had so due to her excellent costumer service and going above and beyond I will be driving the extra distance to give this big lots my business instead

The is Store is so Hot you can’t stay in there more than 15-20 minutes in the summer! And the corporate office refuse to listen to the customers!!
