Experience at Best Buy was fine as always. But I specifically went to Geek Squad concerning my laptop. Wasn’t busy, middle of a Wednesday. Jessie greeted me with a smile. I explained what I was trying to accomplish. He gave me a couple simple instructions that I could follow myself if I had the time to do them to get the same result. He took a moment to show me. Saved me some good money.
Obviously the idea is for employees to help company earn money but the simple offers of help and patience goes a long distance for gaining a repeat customer that pays 10 fold.
Jessie was a professional class act.

I went in, and of course, they greet you and ask if they can help. Cool. I ask if they have any S pens in stock... Bro pulls out the device and just checks what looks like the website and just checks that and says, "No." I go STRAIGHT to the Samsung display RIGHT IN THE FRONT and there's 3 s pens RIGHT THERE. Just stop trying to help people if you have no idea what to look for bruh. I didn't even buy it. Why would I support that type of mess. Customer service is dead

We bought a house with a really tight space in the laundry room that we thought it would be impossible to fit a normal size washer and dryer, and that we'd have to get the apartment-sized stackable units. The guy Nick in the appliances section took all our measurements and pictures and worked with the manufacturing reps to figure out some full sized front loaders that would fit in there, as well as what accessory kits we'd need to modify the machines to make them fit. So we were able to get in some normal washing machines and have them fit without having to do a bunch of work to the laundry room. Great customer service.
