AWS (Aparicio, Walker, and Seeling) owes my elderly mother a refund of a premium on her flood insurance policy. It's because of a mistake by an AWS agent named Dianna.Dianna's supervisor admits that agent Dianna made a mistake, but when we ask for a refund they make many excuses. We requested a refund on August 13. It's now September 18, so Mom has been waiting more than one month.In summary, AWS took half of an elderly woman's Social Security check and they have not returned it more than a month after we requested a return of the funds. It's really unfair to abuse the elderly this way.

I absolutely love working with AWS. Everyone is always very polite and helpful; the customer service is second to none and they always go out of their way to help customers out.

Amazing customer service. They provided an immediate quote for an umbrella insurance policy from a REAL PERSON! If there is ever an issue I can always get MY agent on the line. The best in Louisiana.
