This salon charges different prices if you’re a minority. On the phone you’re quoted $70 and when you arrive it’s $140. Such a horrible way to treat people. I would give them a zero, but one star is all that’s available.

Decided it was time for a really good haircut. Betty was my stylist and she was great. So talented and very friendly. I have extremely thin hair so it's not easy to deal with. My husband told me it looked great so that was my proof that she did a great job.

It’s been a few weeks now and no response since leaving feedback via the website about a frustrating experience where I was calling from the parking lot of the Metairie location, running late to my appointment. When I called, I was ultimately informed (as I was parking) that I would be charged the late fee and my appointment was cancelled, despite calling several minutes *prior* to the late policy taking effect. The location not picking up when I called caused me to be routed to their call centre, and their centre’s outreach to the location was what stretched things into the late policy kicking in. Nobody seemed to care as I tried to explain this. Walked into the store as soon as I’d parked (mall lot was slammed and I’m from out of town, so it’s totally on me that I didn’t better manage my time) and was already told that the stylist had left for break, essentially the second the fifteen minute mark hit. Take your hair elsewhere, they only seem to care about your money and little else, given that they never even responded to my message submitted on the website. Of course, given that this comment is public, I’m sure I’ll get some sort of reply here. Sad that this is the reality. Not interested in their efforts now, when they couldn’t be bothered with me earlier. Don’t waste your money here, because it will truly be wasted. Very unprofessional experience, start to finish.

I went in just for a pick me me wash and blow dry and Sean was amazing and friendly and he made me feel beautiful! Also, my son forgot his legos and they made a point of getting those back to us. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful people here.

I’m a happy customer since years. Today, July, 22, 2020, I went to get an appointment. The lady at the door was less than friendly for a starter. My stylist was free almost the entire next week, showing as bad the business is now. Then she asks me if I had a card. It confused me. She explain I would have until 24 hours to cancel my appointment if not I would be charge 50%. First I never miss an appointment but it is not the point. Second I don’t like at all the idea of my card store in their system and they can decide to charge it as they pleased. If they don’t trust me to show, why I will trust them with my card ? So bye, bye, I will never return.
