Its best feature is that it's closest to my house. The prices are cheaper than going to the dealer, and the service is average to above average, depending on who is working when you go in.

My car battery died in the parking lot and I thought I would have to purchase a new alternator. While on the phone with my dad in MS, Al was kind enough to take a look under the hood and found that the belt was missing. He worked quickly to find the part in the store and even went out of his was to install it! I was extremely lucky to have ended up at this Autozone, I cannot say enough great things about the service I received and the kindness of the staff!

What a joke! This "manager" Sharlene was the saddest example of employee performance I have ever seen. She just let her coworker drown. The 2 stars are for her. The worker Gary has some outstanding work ethic though.

Came in today to buy some products to clean my car. The gentleman behind the counter (Gary) was so polite. He even told me I was only a couple of dollars shy of my next reward point. Gary had a line of people waiting and the phone ringing off the hook. He answered the phones and placed them on hold after asking if it was ok. The lady in the gray shirt (it said store manager) was rude to him saying he shouldn't keep people on hold. He asked her to see about a part and get response was "it tells you where it is". Then she grabbed her purse and left him to handle it all. Not once did she try to help. That is a horrible store manager. You don't leave when it's busy. I will tell my friends and family not to come to this store again if that's how she's going to treat her employees.

Old black lady very rude . Advised that she need to take care of her commercial customer first , I asked what’s the difference , I only was buying windshield wipers . I will never visit this store again . I walked out. I’ll buy my windshield wipers elsewhere.

11/16/23 Had my battery tested (bad) and replaced by female manager. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Quickly changed my battery and on my way. I always buy my parts from this store.

My car battery died today on a Sunday. After calling and speaking with Payton he greeted my daughter and me with kindness upon our arrival.. I had already been to O'Reilly's who told us that we would need a professional installation. We then drove to Autozone and Payton saved the day! Thank you so much!
