Mr. Al was very helpful. My back right blinker went out. He got me the correct one and was able to assist me with a quick installation of the blinker. I love autoZone and will refer them to my friends.

Walked in, instantly got help. Diagnosed my battery and checked me out. Rich was very helpful! Even with other customers in the store, the process was speedy, efficient, and the staff was nice, explained what I needed to know, didn’t put pressure on any crazy upsells (but did give solid recommendations for helpful accessories).One of the best experiences for this kind of thing I’ve had living around New Orleans.

No female should be working here !! I went here for a battery terminal at night time the last time I came here the man changed it for me without a problem the employe was nasty towards me all I ask her was a man there to change it for me she lied and said they don’t do that made me didn’t want shop there at all don’t want work stay home

I came in to get my battery tested/replaced and Rich was the gentleman that helped me. Excellent customer service skills and he was very knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better and quicker experience.

It actually started out as great experience. I’m not a car person so I ask a lot of questions. I needed an air filter and Freon. The first guy was extremely accommodating. He explained everything and showed me how to do everything. When I was done putting the Freon in, I couldn’t tell if it was empty so I asked the young man behind the counter if it sounded empty. He said yeah without holding it or listening to it. I then stated ok you didn’t even try to see or here, but thanks anyway. He thought this was funny and began to laugh. This is exactly why people who aren’t familiar with cars are intimidated by places like this. Making someone feel d*** for asking a question is not how you get repeat customers.

AutoZone is okay for important vehicle parts. But little, things like oil, filters, wipers, etc buy from Walmart, or online, AutoZone charges double. If your rich don't worry about it, lol. 14 bucks for transmission fluid, wow;
