“I had my wife's 2020 Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated for Christmas. The car had numerous scratches and a couple of flat spots that the Tesla shop attempted to remove but they were all still visible. Dave and his team made it look like glass and my wife was very happy with the results. As others have stated, Dave is very passionate about making your car's paint look great. “Amazing service! The struts on the liftgate gave out and the liftgate was not closing/latching properly. I stopped by and the guys were so amazingly helpful- painstaking fixing the latch on the liftgate and ordered struts and installed them right away the next day. Reasonably priced and friendly. I highly recommend.”
“Julian and Luis were awesome at scheduling my PDK service. Arrived at 7:45 car was seen at 8 as scheduled. So far my car is still performing flawlessly. My only issue is the terrible car wash. It was if they just took a hose and sprayed water on my car and did nothing else and left water spots! Clearly someone did not want to wash and dry cars that day. I did call and report it to Julian. He offered for me to bring vehicle back to be rewatched but I was too far from the dealership. The front desk greeter made sure we had endless snacks and pastries! Made feel very comfortable!”

“This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.”

“I have used Sam a number of times and have been extremely satisfied. Sam and his employees are courteous, safety conscious, friendly and very reasonable in price. Sometimes you have to wait for your vehicle due to backup on the lot or parts on order but other than that Sam keeps you posted at all times and gets you out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Sam’s Tri-City Body Works & Repair to anyone and everyone!! If it is something he does not work on that is mechanical he will refer you to someone who has the right equipment and team to do the job.
