Purchase an online order and the return policy is you can return in store or fedx in 20days from the order. Walked in the store & was greeted when I explained I was doing an online return the staff was lost and couldn’t help she said she don’t know if they take return ?!? Customer training is definitely needed .

Had to get last minute outfits for a jean and brown party, and AX came through. Customer service is top notch. And the way the employees interact with one another, you can see that it's a positive environment. I called a few days later and one of the sales reps took the time to text me photos of what I was going to buy for my wife... held it behind the counter... and then steam cleaned it once I came in to buy.
