I think the saddest thing is that some Rummel kids, after football game against them, were "play" messing with me, like the old rivalry arguments(just in a fun way kind of thing) and I jokingly said that I was transferring next semester and they said NOT TO DO IT because it sucks

My son has attended this high school since the eighth grade now he is in the eleventh. The school is very academically involved in sports. Every sport that a teenager would want to play or even think of playing they have it all. They offer so much at this school it is incredible. All the students have to maintain a certain GPA score to be involved in any academics that is reinforce that all students must go by. They offer tutoring everyday during lunch hours and after school. Which is a lot of help for the students to be able to keep their GPA score up. They offer a lot of scholarships to students for college that are academically involved. As they do for students with a very high GPA score in general. The staff at the school make the students feel as though it is not just their school, but there other home away from home. The school is like a big family and very family oriented. Students have awesome counselors that they can go to with a open door policy of going to them for any problems that they are facing through the years. With guidance and understanding that helps the student overcome different challenges in life they may face with positive results to overcome those challenges. The students over the years become more like brotherhood and stick together through the years leaving a very positive impression on the school for years to come. Leaving the school staff very proud of all the hard work the student has accomplished to become a young man. This high school experience for myself as a Mother has definitely met all my expectations of a awesome school for my son through the most important years of his life as a young man.
