After driving an hour to the Baton Rouge store to have my 18yo son’s iPhone 13 diagnosed I was told I could wait 3-5 days or go to this store because they had the part in stock. I chose to go to this store. This was another hour drive only to be told I would have to leave the phone because they were behind on repairs. After 2 days of waiting we picked up his phone which “repaired” and was also told to call AT&T because they had to reinstate his eSIM and to not do anything to the phone until I had them on the phone. In the middle of the call with AT&T the phone’s problem returned and his touch screen failed to function. My question is did they even fix the phone?Now on phone with Apple Support all over again and not sure what will happen at this point. Still owe $188 on the phone and AT&T will not do a trade in unless the phone is fully functioning.Would not recommend this store if my life depended on it!!

I had a warrant for AirPods I bought, I took them to the store to get them fixed and they said they’ll be fixed for free. I didn’t get them by the day they were supposed to be delivered to me so I went to the store and they told me that I had to pay $69 for them to get fixed or I can just take them back in the same condition I gave them in. The employee that worked with me was really nice but what happened changed my perspective about this brand. Trashy service.

Have an appointment re adjust at 1230 pm. Instead of 115pm.Told us to sit and wait at 1205.It is already 1pm. No on came to see us.They must hired all those staffs from lazy boy furniture.Everyone must take lunch breaks at the same time.

11Mar I visited this apple location for a battery issue and I somehow left the store with no working phone!!! First off, the employees dont acknowledge anyone who enters the store and secondly, theres poor communication amongst them because 2 other people tried to assist me with my issue without knowing ive already been assisted and their approach was very lazy when they did try to help. Instead of apple staff communicating with me on the status of my phone, they decided to transfer my service to a new device and somehow locked my account with my carrier! The staff then advised me to reach verizon to activate my phone but neglected to tell me my phone account was locked. Because of this, it lead to many complications with other apps on my phone that I use for work and thus, I am currently locked out of apps I use to do my job. NEVER WILL I EVER VISIT ANY APPLE STORE AGAIN and please save your sad responses, cause I dont need your trained pity responses.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Drove 5 hours to come here to get my phone fixed. And was promised my photos were backed up. They were not. I lost everything. And they just said in the end it was my fault for “agreeing” (they scrolled thru really fast and made me click accept.)Worst buisness ever. Lost photos of my late father. And Pets. And all my art. ALL OF IT. GONE. And I’m to blame??

Just drive to a different Apple Store. I went with my wife for a minor issue covered by warranty and they were extremely rude to her and somehow made the phone worse. Seriously just call Apple and have them send you a new product before going to this little slice of H E double hockey sticks.

One of the worst shop experiences that I’ve had in years. Was in the store to replace a phone with Apple Care+ was faced with issue after issue. After making my appointment I was alerted to come check in after about 10 minutes of walking around. I go to an employee and they ask what I need help with so I explain and they seat me at a table to wait for a specialist. However they never checked me in and I was passed up in queue, turning my 30-35 minute wait into a 50 minute wait. Then when I was finally seen by a female specialist, she was extremely rude and confrontational, telling me almost immediately that I needed to calm down and that she didnt appreciate my attitude because I made a joke regarding how fast my storage was filling up and how it was a way to sell icloud storage. Regardless of how my words came off, I find it extremely unprofessional and unacceptable to snap at a customer the way I was snapped at, something that I’ve never done to a customer in all the years that I’ve worked retail, dealing with much worse than a joke about iphone storage filling up fast.
