I have a nice collection of rare and expensive watches, but many also have simple ETA or Seiko movements and parts, which I started taking to him. I took them to him and every watch was about $400 to $800 to fix or to do a simple tune up. I paid and didn't really argue much since I didn't want to ship the watch[s] to the manufacturer for whatever is needed. I knew he was taking advantage of me and I allowed it willingly. Until I needed a Crown for a Gruppo Ardito watch! He had the watch for over 3 months, finally I get a call, wrong crown, original was titanium large size, he installed a half the size black $10 crown and smacked me with a $417 dollar invoice. I was really stunned. I know I was paying much extra for the convenience of the shop being close and local...But that really felt like he poured freezing water on my head. Had he contacted Gruppo and ordered the original crown and installed it, I probably would've been fine and moved on. He didn't and he really took advantage of me. I have many watches that I would've kept taking to him, but the greed and disrespect he showed cost him I'd say a few $1000's of revenue just off me, simply cause I will not take anything to him again, I made sure that all my friends who are also collectors never set foot at his shop ever again. I would've happily paid to keep my Watches in order if he was reasonable and did not treat me like a fool. I will take a hammer to all of them before I set foot in his store again.

Cheap folks do not pay $400 for a Crown and a stem. Nothing wrong with negotiating, First watch was a Helson Stingray47 that need a tune, the watch brand new is $1200, you charged me $800, and yes, I negotiated that. You did not service the Gruppo Ardito also. It's clear from the way you talk that you lack manners and common curtsey! Either way, again, you lost this "Cheapo" and all his fellow ''Cheapos'' . I had an antique pocket watch and a family, heirloom, wristwatch, refurbished and evaluated. My watches looked much better than when I brought them. They worked perfectly and having an estimated value makes me know. I had the decision bringing it here

Visited for the first time today. There aren't many options in the area for mid to highend knives and I came across them through spyderco's authorized dealership search. I was pleasantly surprised by not only of their large selection, but extremely reasonable pricing. Although they did not have what I was looking for (it was a discounted model but wasn't expecting them to have it anyways), the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They walked me through many options and while I didn't make a purchase at the time, I'll definitely be back to do business with them soon. Highly recommended.

It’s always a pleasure when me and my husband come in. We’re a watch family and we’re always gifting our children or ourselves new watches. Whenever we need them serviced we bring them here. The service is amazing and everyone is always so friendly including the cute little chihuahua Chloe !

Walked in with my seiko.Changed my battery in ten minutes for only $12 I gave her $15 THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL KINDS OF BEAUTIFUL WATCHES KNIVES CUCKOO CLOCKS. GREAT SELECTIONS.This was c so much better to look at all the great selection instead of guessing what Amazon would send you in the mail.

I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve gotten exceptional service. Today I needed some links taken out of a watch that I’ve had for a few weeks. Service was quick and friendly. I was told the price beforehand and even looked at purchasing some earrings for my daughter. Every time I end up spending way too much time talking with these good people. I don’t feel overcharged or pressured to buy anything. They have an extensive collection of all things that go tic-toc-tic-toc. I will continue to drive 30 minutes for this great service.

Went to have a battery replaced in my watch. DONE ON THE SPOT. Went back months later to get a watch band on a different watch. They didn't have it. She helped me find it on Amazon, and told me to come back and they would put it on. $10.00 I think that was fairP.S. Going back tomorrow to get my Seicko divers watch repairedAfter 43 years, it's starting to loose time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spent $160 to have my watch face replaced and the battery changed out. I picked the watch up yesterday and today noticed that the watch was not working. I called to ask to confirm if in fact the watch battery was changed and the rude man on the phone told me he couldn’t confirm that and I’d need to bring it back into the store for him to check. I asked if he could look it up and he said he could but it would just say it was done but he doesn’t know who did it and if it was in fact done or not without checking. When I told him that was horrible customer service to charge people for services he could not verify was done, he hung up on me. Stay clear of this place and do not give them your money!!!! They are rude and do not stick behind the quality of their work!
