I absolutely love love love Alarm Protection Services. Whenever I accidentally set off my alarm within less than a minute they are calling me. Additionally if I have any questions they answer right away. They are very friendly. I wouldn’t switch to any other company because of the great service and they are local which makes a big difference.

Installation was great! Paul the tech, handle all my needs from security to audio/video. He handle issues i called for and tweeked a few audio settings i didnt notice for the best sound.Recently called for a quote on more audio equipment. Quote came quick and at a reasonable price.

I had a stellar experience with the entire team at APS. Victor was able to send out a member of his team on the same day I called. Charlie was extremely helpful and informative in working with me to select an alarm system that fit my needs and budget. He was even able to get technicians to come out the very next day. Blake and Miguel were very professional and efficient during installation and walked me through how to use my new system.I also accidentally set off an alarm on the first day and got a call from the operator immediately, which is reassuring for if there is ever a real emergency.In less than 48 hours after first contacting APS, I already had my system setup! Cannot recommend them enough!

Great customer service from beginning to end. Victor spent time with me reviewing system options to match my needs. The team called me with a time of arrival, kept me posted on their progress, and made sure that I understood how the entire security system (including the phone application) worked before leaving my house as clean as when they began the work. I highly recommend APS!
