Worse agency I have dealt with in my entire life. I’ve been with Allstate for almost 30 years and after my agent retired last year, my policies were turned over to Adam Levanway.I received notice that my wind and hail policy was no longer being written and to contact my agent. I called his office on four separate occasions over a three month period asking if they could get me quotes and wanted to add an umbrella policy.I have yet to get a call back from his agency. Let’s just say I contacted another national carrier and had quotes on everything within an hour. So much for Allstate spending all that money in TV commercials trying to lure new customers. You may want to spend some of that money training your agents on how to take care of current policy holders, especially ones that have been with you for 30 years.My homeowners policy expires today and I’m officially done with Allstate. Very disappointing to see how the new generation treats it’s customers. It’s very satisfying to do business with the new carrier as a new customer and not be treated as second class because Allstate sees no value in me as a long time customer.

Claims adjusters rarely return your calls, one in particular NEVER returns calls. I’ve tried for weeks to get in touch with Alexandria…always goes to voicemail, even during business hours. Never, ever returned my calls!
