I called them multiple times over the last two weeks. No answer, just a recoding. My pup needed to be seen so I called the emergancy number. The vet was so nasty with me. Kept telling me I don't listen to the recording. i hung up on him after his multiple insults. wouldnt recommend a gold fish to be seen by him

I HIGHLY recommend Doc. He is a WONDERFUL veterinarian and TRULY cares about your pets.He performed an ear cropping on my 10 week old Doberman. OMG! He did a EXCELLENT job. I have had 9 DOBERMANS over my lifetime and ALL had ear cropping. BUT NEVER did they look SO PRETTY AND STAND after ONLY 2 weeks. She didn’t need to wear a rack or be reposted for months. Her incision was beautiful and very clean. No bleeding or problems whatsoever. I did exactly what Doc recommended and it payed off. He was GREAT. He went above and beyond to make sure my puppy was ok and doing well. Even taking the time to call me before going out of town to assure me my puppy was okay. And that I didn’t need anything. Thank you SO MUCH Doc.

I left a review 1 year ago regarding a lack of professionalism. I received a response from the owner full of lies. As responding to owner replies is not possible on Google reviews, I will leave another one."I called at 4pm on a weekday to ask about the price of neutering and was told that because I was not a client he would not answer my questions because they were closed. Was incredibly rude and dismissive considering there are no business hours listed.""Mrs Eryn called my emergency number , given on my telephone message machine which says that my private cell is reserved strictly for sick patients of Dr. Frisard',s asking for the price of neutering. As I kindly told Ms Eryn my private cell number she called on Sunday, September 20, 2020 was reserved for emergencies only. Also I told Eryn that the price of neuteringcan not be exactly given to an owner who is not already registered as an existing patient with known weight and breed. September 2, 2020 was a Sunday and I told her to call back during the week and gave her my hours of operation. Sincerely, Dr. Dan"I had called at 4pm on a WEEKDAY, Friday to be exact, not a Sunday. The number I called was labeled the office number on the website, I did NOT call his emergency line. And he did not allow me to get as far as asking for neutering prices. I had called to inquire about that, but had got as far as "Excuse me, I have a question" before being shot down with "Well are you a patient. No? Then you don't have a question." He did not tell me to call later nor gave me his hours of operation nor gave me an alternate number, he hung up on me. To reiterate the sum total of words I got in were: "Excuse me, I have a question" and "No, I'm not a patient". There was no further discussion before the line disconnected.I am furious by the fabrication of facts by the owner as an attempt to cover up poor reviews. I see that at the same time he responded to my review, he responded to other old lackluster reviews about his professionalism with excuses and blaming the client. This behavior is an atrocious attempt to maintain a failing public image.

He is one of the rudest people i’ve ever met. when i switched my dogs to a different vet, he called my new vet offices employees “nerds” and refused to give me my dogs medical records. Overall very unprofessional. Not sure why he feels the need to use high school bully vocabulary. definitely would not recommend this guy, there are plenty of better veterinarians out there.

Dr. Dan is the best experience we have had with a veterinarian ever! He goes above and beyond to ensure our doggies stay happy and healthy. The office and examination area are well kept and sanitized. Dr. Dan is perfectly respectful our current state of affairs regarding the ever looming covid 19 pandemic that is seemingly neverending. So far as we can tell he schedules patients one at a time as often as possible. Masks are required. Only one pet owner is preferred to go inside office for examination unless special circumstances i.e. surgery, teeth pulled etc. He has paid such close attention to issues we repeatedly have brought to our last vets attention on numerous occasions with not much progress. Turns out one dog had a mouthful of painfully rotten teeth causing him to be so uncomfortable. Since a round of antibiotics and having the teeth removed our lil Theo is like a new man! He had even stopped barking like maybe 3 to 5 years ago all together... Now that his oral pain levels are under control he is feeling so much relief that he barks to welcome us home almost every single day! Highly, highly, highly recommend. Especially for doggies who have moderate health concern. Thank you Dr. Dan! Super grateful to have been personally referred to you by Christina Burnett and her three mixed terrier pits. *Prices are VERY reasonable too!*KL

I have been a client of Dr. Frisard for 35 years. He has boarded and treated my pets with the utmost care. He takes time explaining medical conditions more so than my own physician. He takes my pets’ emergency calls at nights/ weekends and does not send me to expensive emergency clinics. He diagnosed my dachshund’s ruptured disc with X-rays as well as my cats abdominal tumor with ultrasound , he removed it an saved his life. I have been so satisfied with his service over the years. Those past critical reviews from 2010 are not being honest about his skills or his service and are probably unverified reviews from his competitors who don’t like his reasonable fees or that he takes his clients pets emergency calls himself .

Dr. Frisard is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. His practical approach gives me great confidence. He’s treated 4 dogs over 10 plus years I trust him wholeheartedly. I found him when an unarmed vet wanted to charge me over $5000 for test and treatment turns out some steroids and nutrition change was all that was needed and saved my puppy at the time a lot of uneeded pain and suffering. He’s practical, ethical and highly competent as well as affordable. Now my whole family uses him with similar opinions. That’s Doc!!!

Dr Dan is very knowledgeable. He won't perform unnecessary procedures as he truly cares about our pets and not about just making money. He is very reasonable regarding prices. He was attentive, caring, and my sweet Gaby loved him. When I called later on in the day to ask about the treats I was giving her, he responded to me then asked me to call back in 2 weeks to give him an update on her progress. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The vet is great he takes his time with your dog or cat and is very friendly and through. His fees are very reasonable and my dog loves Dr. Frisard . ?❤ ❤❤❤

I don’t know what Acadian Veterinary the person with the vet tech problems is talking about. There are several in the area with that name, but he has the wrong one. My guess is he typed that in and commented on the first one that popped up. Dr. Dan doesn’t have a vet tech. He does everything himself. And the place is so small there’s no “down the hall.” He has been taking good care of us for years now.

I have been using Dr for over 15 years and I would never change. Love his passion about the animals and honest. He doesn't run unnecessary test to run up a bill but yet very Thorough. He even will call and check in on them.

I have never seen a vet staff more afraid to treat an animal in my life. The dr didnt even both to come out once.
