These people are scammers. Don't believe me and think, I've never had a problem. Whelp, have you had someone who has membership in your family die? They will rob that dead persons grave every single chance they can get. First, we called and attempted to cancel her membership at the end of her term. They wouldn't allow that, once I told them she was dead, they insisted that they had to cancel the account now. Ok, so whatever, I have membership with them as well, so ok, don't care. So they said they would send a refund for the time not used. Of course, to prevent us from cashing this check, they make it out to a dead person. They do this on purpose hoping you don't attempt to jump through 100 hoops to get your refund money. Then I call about a month later when my mothers car battery died, they said, since your sister was the one that did this, that warranty is null and void. This means any warranties one does under their account are null and void once the person who holds the account dies. They refuse to honor their warranties, which honestly is a slime ball move, because a battery warranty is a battery warranty. They should honor their promise for that battery, but they don't, because they lack morals and will steal money from the grave to make bank for their greedy corporation. I'll bet their people that answer the phone get bonuses for robbing from the grave. SICKENING! I plan on cancelling my membership in March after I use the services in anyway I can to cost them as much as possible.

Aaa has become so bad. There towing service take 4 to 5 hours to come now. Called at 1:54 today. And at 7:30 pm still no tow truck.

Do not let AAA drain you! The confugulling virtual assistant is enough to run your batteries down!But the snafu is a battery is not warranty 36-72 months but rather the member buys an insurance policy on a product for 36-72 months. Meaning if you are not the purchaser the battery is not covered. What happens you call the number on the battery. That virtual assistant instructs you to create a membership. That new membership cannot be used for 3 days but when posted is more or less 10 days, confugulling yes. The virtual assistant now cannot find a AAA vendor in your zip code but national assistant informs you that you did not have coverage and not sure if or when someone can get to you! 6 transfer calls later the membership fees are credited to be posted72 plus hours later but they took the monies instantly and I have not been serviced! I suggest AAA has a virtual assistant to virtually do nothing with virtually everything they virtually do not cover leaving you virtually drained and batteries dead!

Clean and super friendly! Walked in to get an international driver's permit and left hassle free! I forgot the nice lady's name that was helping me, but she immediately took my picture and had the paperwork ready to go after walking through the door. Funny thing is, I did not know there was an office in the metro area which google pointed me to Baton Rouge. Thankfully I called the BR location which they notified me about the Metairie location. Definitely recommend this office if you are in need of an international driver's permit.

I called to be added to aaa and they always say unavailable but when I pushed the numberto get membership they answered. I spoke to someone after that.

My Brother got this coverage for their vehicles insurance and he just opted into AAA in October. He was letting the do auto drifting for the payment every month. Some how they claimed that she could not get a from the bank. He called the bank to see if anything was denied and the bank said that nothing has been trying to go through. So he called and spoke with a girl who had told him that. Than she told him that she was off today and that he can call her friend to get a payment from him. He told her that he wouldn't do anything like that. So he went to the office. To pay it and was told that he had to pay again on the 4th of December. So he asked if he could change the billing date and was told that he couldn't get a later date. He asked why and the guy said that he should've chosen the best time to draft when he signed up. I have been a Premium Triple AAA member for decades, and have used it maybe once until last month. I had a flat tire outside of Birmingham, AL and had to rent a car and spend the night because the replacement tire was not available locally. Turns out that AAA's Trip Interruption Benefit EXCLUDES TIRE DAMAGE from coverage. What a ripoff.

This office must be hurting for help as there are rarely any agents to assist you on the phone. Forget about email contact as they seem to prefer sending mail.My insurance agent apparently stopped working at this office during my policy and as a result I was never informed my policy lapsed (they do not keep credit card numbers on file so you need to be aware of when your policy is ending and block off a majority of your day in hopes you can get in touch with someone to renew it). To get a policy reinstated my 6 month bill will be triple what it normally is! Insane.

Wife and I had an appointment A total waste of time. The “salesperson” had her phone on speaker Had to ask her to turn it down so we hear each other. She was totally not interested in our 2 week Europe trip. Never again

Still waiting to get a flat tire change. It’s been 4 hours from my first call. Call to get a update several times and was told the driver will text with a eta. After 4 hours I called for a update and the reply was the driver was already on site 2 hours ago. REALLY ! I have a flat and did not leave. Now I have another 75 minute wait. How about a little communication AAA. Very disappointment with the service.

3 weeks and still no response from triple A ! Save your money as they will tell you to call the local law enforcement for help !
