“Haven't been here, but I did call to ask about LA state vehicle inspection stickers. Guy answering the phone explained they don't have them, but that because they offer free inspections, Google includes them in search results for inspection stickers. He suggested another place that does offer them, which I appreciated.”
“I called early one morning, feeling very discouraged because I knew my daughter had a nail in her back tire and tried to repair it the day before at another tire automotive and they said her tread was too low and they could not repair it for liability reasons and that she actually needed all new four tires because they were all balding and dangerous. Needless to say the man David, who answered the phone was extremely helpful. I told him that I did not think we had a spare tire, but we needed to place an order for the tires and get it as soon as possible . He told me that it would take a day or two to come in and then when I expressed my concern about my daughter’s daily two hour commute to Eunice for school made me nervous because I was afraid if she got stranded on these back roads and put her in danger because her route to school consisted of these country curvy back roads with potholes with no shoulder to pull over on if she needed it to. He immediately felt for me as a concerned parent and he expedited the order & shipping. That same afternoon, my daughter got all four tires put on and I have never seen this kindness from a service industry in a very long time….there ARE STILL REALLY NICE AND CARING PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!! My daughter was also having a really bad day (actually a bad two weeks with family tragedy)and when David greeted her and spoke with her while waiting on her car, he had many words of wisdom which lifted up her spirits and changed her whole outlook on life! Thanks so much Mr. David ? You are an angel!”

“I went very last minute yesterday afternoon (4:15) to get a tire plug and my tires rotated! Not only were the men working professional and kind, they also helped me with whatever questions I had! Had to get a nail removed/tire plug and tire rotation and i was in and out in less than 10 minutes!! The prices were so low too. Very thankful for low prices as a working college student!”

Trust worthy. It's a great feeling going to a shop and knowing they will take care of you without adding on unnecessary things. For example. A fee years ago I had just bought a second hand car, went for an oil change. Mr. T Rob told me my oil was great and could go probably another 2000 miles. He could have done the oil change anyway.
They now have a new owner who is also a mechanic. I was having trouble with my air conditioning in my car. I paid another mechanic who took advantage of me in total about 1800.00 with it breaking 3 more times after he "fixed it" I took it to the new owner at T-Robs and he was so sweet and understood what I had been through. At the end of the day, I picked up my car. AC working and he only charged me 60.00. So with all that being said. I trust them and being able to trust someone who is working on your vehicle is a wonderful feeling. If there was an option to give more than a 5 star I would. They deserve it.”

“So I’ve had bad luck with tires and my grandmother always brings my car here. I pulled up on a Friday at 7:52am and I was the first person here. Ian immediately saw me. The reviews say that this place opens at 8am so that’s a plus! He informed me that a repair on my old tire had gone bad so it would be better to replace. That’s exactly what I did. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I will definitely be back!”

Our salesman was Mr. Gilbert and he was not only extremely helpful he made things happen in a way that was much better than I'd hoped for. All the good folks there will go out their way for you, and it was the absolute least amount of hassle I've ever had when buying a car in my 44 years. If you NEED a car, you can't make a better choice. I don't usually give 5 star ratings but everyone there stood out so greatly I just had to, and would have given them 5 and a half stars if it was an option.”

“I brought my Chevy Equinox in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The Service Manager asked what I needed before I got to the counter. I told him which tire had the leak, he told the technician, I gave him the keys and took my car into one of the bays immediately. I talked to the Service Manager, in between customers, and in no time at all the technician told the SM my car was ready. They didn't charge me anything. Prompt service and good customer service.
