I met the owner of South End when he came to my business for some notary work. He told me about his business. I was impressed. We took one of our vehicles down there and we were not disappointed! Brandon, and his people, do great work! I was very impressed with the customer service, personable attitude, professionalism, knowledge, and experience! So, I have taken my car there twice and both times I had exceptional service! They were very communitive especially with how much I was paying and what I was paying for. They did exactly what I had asked and they did a really great job! I actually ended up paying less than I thought I would be and then after they even came to pick me up and bring me to my car when it was done. I will be going there in the future for sure!

All around good people they did everything that needed to be done with my truck and then some. I'd definitely recommend these folks and will be bringing it back to them if I run into anymore trouble.

My truck had its starter go bad while we are in the area on vacation. Called up the boys and they said they could get started on it right away on a Saturday! Tow truck dropped it off for us and our truck was fixed by 11am the very next day Sunday morning!Service: Engine repair

Great place. Constantly updating you on the progress of your vehicle. I brought my 2003 f150 with a 4.6 V8 and asked for an engine swap of the same engine. Had that truck out in no time. Both Derek and Brendan went above and beyond.They took interest in the issue with my car, gave me a quick quote.. finalized it and and made my appointment in no time.The had a guarantee on their work and they had a great turn around time .. I had to jump on here and write a review for this amazing company (specifically Brendan). My brother’s company truck (Pittman AC and Heating) has been put through the wringer from an awful mechanic (currently being sued by multiple people), and he was hesitant to try someone else. This company was professional and kept open communication throughout the process. His truck was complete in a timely manner and runs perfectly. I own a Motorhome that was misfiring. I brought it to my old mechanic shop and left it overnight. I got a phone call the next morning stating it was something they could not fix.On my way home I stopped at South-End Automotive and explained what was happening to my Motorhome. Scott the mechanic told me to pull around the back and he would look at it. He took the doghouse cover over and immediately spotted the trouble. Within 15 minutes I was back in the road again.I assure you that I will use them again if the need arises. They were very helpful and available.
