Stopped in on my way through Louisiana and grabbed a jambalaya stuffed chicken. I just cooked it at home and it is fantastic! Absolutely delicious!!!! Thanks y'all!!!

Hebert’s, you and your staff are amazing!!! We are visiting Acadiana and stopped in Hebert’s to get a stuffed chicken to make for dinner and to browse other items to take with us on our RV trip. The woman working the counter was awesome, explaining the canned Roux options and boudin and even suggested some restaurants! We left with the chicken, some chops, boudin and a few other items. I made the chicken tonight using the directions on the website - tres bon! What a wonderful flavor and I can’t wait to eat the leftovers! I’m seriously thinking of sending some Hebert’s to family as Christmas gifts. Thank you, THANK YOU!(No photos because I couldn’t wait - HAD to eat the dinner!)

I purchased two hot smoked Boudin saturday afternoon and they were sour and spoiled. I figure they were left in the warmers to long. Time and temperature abuse?? I also took home a case of frozen smoked boudin and cooked them today and they just as sour. Will be first and last time I ever buy anything from Herbert's. Sour and rancid!!

I can’t say enough good things about Hebert’s - I got a big order shipped to California and they were so nice helping me; I just finished my first crawfish pie and it is so good!! Just a lovely shopping/ shipping experience with delicious food.
