“So I ordered a birthday gift for my cousin through doordash and I just have to say that MONEY WELL SPENT!! I live in Baltimore so I couldn't really get a gift to my cousin easily but I knew I wanted a good self care gift and in my mind I was thinking "lush" but when I came across Ebony's beauty shop I did some searching and it is exactly what I was imagining and it was PERFECT!!! All of the products look so amazing so I will be purchasing some foe myself today! Ebony called me directly and was so great and accommodating and really went the extra mile! I love supporting businesses like this because it feels so personal and you just don't get that at stores like Lushyou can tell and feel the love that goes into this and I love that! Thank you so much!!! Also way less expensive than lush. Something lush or the body shop kinda feels cliche and so this was amazing!”

The products I purchased seemed to be of good quality & name brand. Prices are reasonable & consistent with other similar type apparel businesses offering same or similar type clothing items. “I love going to Big Lots but haven't been in quite a while. I had finished with an appt. early and was heading home but stopped in. They have really started carrying a lot more items. I spent quite a while in their "patio" area. Found a couple of things in that dept that I had been hunting for and they were more reasonable than the same items in Walmart.”

“My husband and I were on a long trip - home to Australia from England via USA. Travelling through the southern states, I was badly in need of haircut. The lovely receptionist at Doubletree said the local JC Penny was a great fallback to go to when you don't have an appointment. The best thing about travelling is meeting new people. The hair salon specialists were all amazingly friendly, knew what they were doing, and could not have done more to help. Interestingly, the price was very reasonable - especially when you consider i am converting Aussie dollars to US dollars. The young lady who did my hair (Sorry, I am rubbish with names), told me about her experiences with just moving to the area and gave me some great tips on what to do in Lafayette. The salon does looks tired, and that's OK due to how lovely, welcoming, and professional the staff were. They were a godsend on our trip.”

“After I walked in here looking for a suit I thought I was in the wrong store. After a few minutes looking I found what would have been an extremely expensive suit priced so low I would have bought 4 if they had them in stock. They have a lot of high end name brand items at low prices. I can only guess they are the items that didn’t sell well or are out of style. The young lady that checked me out was nice enough to tie up and packed my purchase so it would not get wet or dirty and not wrinkle. I do plan on going back when I need new clothes.”

The store could be a little more organized, but over all it’s good. They don’t have many toddler size 3-4 T as far as dress clothes for boys

“I found the cutest dress here for $12. Everyone thinks it's from a boutique and it's very comfortable! There are definitely some good finds and great prices. For the most part the isles are clean, some of the clothes racks are extremely packed which makes it hard to look through. & I had to go back a second time because an employee had a ladder in the isle where I wanted to look at some products. Also it was hot in the store, poor guy working had a small box fan blowing on him.”

“Reviewing this Dollar Store will be a first for me but since I've popped in here several times and the experience was good I figured why not. This store is usually cleaner than most and the counter service is always friendly and quick. If you haven't shopped at one of these before they are very similar to a Walgreens or CVS but without the pharmacy and the prices are typically lower. Enjoy!”
