Poor unprofessional customer service. I will not use their services again. I highly recommend you find another vet if you can. One of my neighbors spoke poorly of this place and thought it was just them but now i experienced what they were talking about. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I had a first time (we just moved to the area) appointment for an annual (and shots) for Nash, my Mini Aussie. We did not have to wait past our appointment time, and we had great conversation with Dr. Thomas. She ran all the needed tests, and he got his shots without pain or discomfort. The staff is friendly and professional.

We just brought our little bella in today and they were so nice kind and calm with her and really professional! I wont use any other place for now on! They were so polite and listened to everything we had to say!!

Dr. Desiree and all of her staff were great these last couple of months (and before). Our 17+ year old Jackie started having troubles, the staff helped us through this difficult time with professionalism and compassion. Giving us all our options and keeping us informed on what was best for our little girl. They really help you through to process to the end and further. When it is time for us get another furry companion there is no doubt in our mind who will be their Vet. Thank ya'll so much for the help through this difficult time.

Dr. Desiree and her staff are so great with tucker she very attentive and thorough. I appreciate her being like that with mine cuz he has to be muzzled just to walk in the door and held down to be treated on so I'm very glad that she's patient enough to deal with him. I highly recommend this place!

My 16 week old puppy got stung by something. Face and throat swelled up pretty badly. He was struggling to breathe and choked on his vomit that's how swollen he was. In a panic I loaded him up in a thunderstorm and brought him here bc it was closest to home. Everything happened so fast I didn't even think to grab my wallet. They saw him anyway and allowed my grandparents to pay with their credit card over the phone. They got him treated very quickly. Answered all my questions while they loved on my pup. They are all so friendly here. And his visit was very cheap which came as a pleasant surprise bc this was an emergent situation and happened very close to closing time. This is my vet from here on out.

This is a difficult review to write because they helped me through the last month or so of my baby's (boxer) life. It was unknown that it would be but with everything they went above and beyond from ordering medication and getting it there quick to the staff staying there after hours in the end to help my baby go to heaven peacefully. ?The prices were very fair and affordable,there was never a line and hours of waiting like some of the other local vets. the staff was so sweet and caring even sent me a card afterwards. Wish I had found them sooner but I know exactly where to go next time.Thank yall so much!Katherine Bueche
