Never trust Fed Ex. I bid on a very expensive auction back east it was a Chanel bracelet. I bought it for $625. It was worth $5000 so with that being said the FedEx gentleman dropped my package off. I have full security footage without a signature and he ran back to his truck and then picked the package back up and took it with them and dropped it off on another street on Corning to another house and then when I reported it to his manager, Jose, Fed Ex questioned me back-and-forth asking me if I signed for my bracelet one when you have something that expensive and that valuable you have to sign for it and then they take a picture of it. I had no photos and no signature because I never sign for it, but they kept insisting, they never apologize. They lost my bracelet and then just closed the case. Now what's very disturbing about this is the incompetence and then to is I'm still struggling with the fact of the matter of this gentleman in Texas, that took a vantage of the seven-year-old child, Athena strand I think we all remember her. And I'm sure that other things with Fed Ex have been swept underneath a rug and forgotten about but I'm one putting the shit in the public. Please be careful with your children the packages I don't trust them and I'm not allowing them back at my home if I were you, I wouldn't either.

They have gone down the tube. From deliveries to customer service. It seems like everything is so automated and everyone that does help can't do so and they want you to take a survey after. Like how about a general survey on what I think of everything, not just the person I spoke to.

Everyone was great. I was sending luggage to my daughter in Canada. They helped me through the process and now 24 hours later her luggage is in Canada. Great job Fedex.

I had a FedEx package that was supposed to be delivered. I watched the driver drive past without stoping or attempting to deliver. When I went online to check the shipping status it said that they attempted to deliver "customer not available." I called this office and let a representative know what happened. They told me they would contact the driver and they would be back by 6pm. 4 hours later and still no package. Now when I call Im being told it will be re-attempted tomorrow... it will be re-attempted Monday. Really who knows thats going on at this point. Pretty lame the driver just blew by my front door and lied about me not being home.
