They have gone down the tube. From deliveries to customer service. It seems like everything is so automated and everyone that does help can't do so and they want you to take a survey after. Like how about a general survey on what I think of everything, not just the person I spoke to.

Everyone was great. I was sending luggage to my daughter in Canada. They helped me through the process and now 24 hours later her luggage is in Canada. Great job Fedex.
