Need better employees. People that want to work. Not just stand around waiting for a paycheck on payday.

Im convinced they don't answer phones on purpose. Its unusual and odd that a walmart never answer. I never knew stores can do that , it's unprofessional.

Horrible Night Crew! Employees were vulgar and using derogatory words and insulting customers at the register.

Grocery order pick-up and in-store Gift Card purchase. First, don't like gift card presentation. A few random gift cards at random register terminals sparsely arranged. Took me a few minutes of wandering around, rudely interrupting people self checking out. Had to lean over their groceries while they scan and bag to look at gift cards behind their bagging areas. Weird. Found a random $50 Roblox card as I was walking out, just by chance and bought. Surely there's room for a main Giftcard kiosk.
Second, new(ish) grocery pick-up area is great. Car loaders have always been friendly and hard working, were again today. But got home, saw the spinach spring mix salad expired 3 days ago, the iceberg lettuce was missing, and Roma tomatoes replaced by beefsteak tomatoes. I was in a few days ago and saw they had Roma tomatoes. Bananas look bad. I think whomever was picking groceries isn't familiar with the produce. Tried to call to talk to a manager, online grocery pickup dept rang for about 90 seconds, then it hung up. Called back, chose store operator option. Rang for about 60 seconds and went to some automated message. Called back, chose electronics dept, same thing happened. This was at 8:45pm. The store closes at 11:00pm (Sunday) and was pretty slow inside when I was there at 8:00pm. Now I have to waste more time tomorrow requesting help with my order, so is it more convenient than in-store shopping? Probably not this time.
Saving grace was friendliness of employees, especially the very tall greeter that's always there with blond highlights, always positive. Car loader (female - hair twists? sorry) and cashier (female wearing cloth mask) who I asked for gift card directions were very nice as well.

Overall, the people here are nice. My complaint lies with the automotive department. I went for an oil change, they over tightened a bolt and cracked my oil pan. No big deal. It happens. I pay my mechanic, M&K The Car Doctors, $687 to replace the oil pan and redo the oil change. A claim was submitted so I can be reimbursed for the expense. My case manager, Lisa Abott, started off attentive and assured me my check was being put in the mail a month ago. I emailed after 2 weeks of it not showing up, she asked for my mailing address and I have heard NOTHING from her since, even after sending one email update request every week. It now feels as if I am being ignored and not taken seriously. I need that money for other expenses in my life. Make it right, Walmart!

The staff at this location on the westbank, are very personable and respectful of their customers, including senior citizens. Yes ma'am, no ma'am and thank you are all important words to me and I appreciate their sincerity. Sam Walton would be proud!
