Justin was awesome! His previous T-Mobile experience helped solve a seemingly hopeless problem trying to switch from T-MOBILE, because of their "eSim" issues.

I had a very serious phone issue. Robbie Gammill at the Lapalco store in Marrero was wonderful. She helped for 6 longs hours to get my phone working properly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
