Horrible customer service. They act like you the customer shouldn’t use this federal service. I’m not sure who is running this place but they need to be replaced or shut down.

I went to USPS Marrero on Friday 5 to send package to Houston Tx. I send Express only 1 day. And I wrote very clearly nummer and easy numbers of address. But her still put the wronh address. Now the package return Back to my address .Wasting money and wasting time. I'm very disappointedActually I want give you 0 of stars ? but I can't post.

I would just like to say thank you to the cashier that helped us with a reprint of our lost receipt. We had a very stressful day on the day we lost it. She was patient with us that day and also very helpful the day we came for a reprint. I have never really had a problem or long wait at this location. The employees are always helpful and efficient.

Best post office I’ve ever been to, both postmasters I’ve dealt with are amazing people and all of the staff is the most understanding and professional I’ve seen out of the usps.

Envelope delivered to my box with my address. My package with same address delivered to my Neighbor. 2 items, same address, delivered to 2 separate houses. Its not uncommon for me to get mail for 2 or more streets over. Terrible service.

Me and my mom are running an eBay store, and we find ourselves coming to this post office to ship our packages to our customers. I have to say the staff inside are very friendly, and they know what to do even if you don't. Today I had to bring three packages in and I waited in line the line moved fast, and when I got to the clerk desk they helped me out with whatever I had to do. Although the inside works fine the mail service that runs around here is a little bit off kilter. Sometimes we don't even know when our mail is going to be delivered. Sometimes when we look on informed delivery it says that we're getting something today and nothing gets delivered. So all in all I give this post office a four-star rating. There is still room to improve at this post office, but the customer service is really great and that's the bottom line.

Haven’t seen mail in over a week I called and spoke to a lady she said my mail is up to date my thing is if it’s up to date where is my mail I am so frustrated with this postal service I have important mail coming through that I need and I’m not receiving any of my mail. If I can get zero stars I would this location need to be shut down I had no problems with my mail when I was staying in Harvey none at all

Have not seen a mail man before new years. Flag has been up on my box 7 days no mail delivered or pick up. I brought my mail to post office and so has my neighbor. Where has my mail gone.
