Very upset I was turned away 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. I needed a patch on a tire. I had to get out of my vehicle (due to being ignored) to ask staff where else I could go because I live in Mandeville and needed to cross causeway safely while over 8 months pregnant. I’ve been going to this establishment since I learned to drive at 17 years old, very disappointing. By 4:50 my tire was being fixed at Tire Medic.

Wow, actively bad, super sketch establishment. Like to take advantage of Veterans & senior citizens.
My father took his van here to have an ‘alignment’ done yesterday. I put alignment in quotes because whatever was done was not an alignment. They never hooked it up to the alignment machine, just put it on the lift, tightened down some tie rods, charged him $125 and sent him on his way.
When I called to inquire the the next day about what work was performed and why the vehicle was never put on the alignment machine, the service desk manager told me “I have no idea what work was done.” When I asked how an alignment could’ve been performed without putting it on the machine, his reply was “I don’t know.” When I asked if he could speak to the tech who worked on the van, he replied “I can’t do that I don’t know who fixed it.”
Extremely strange their service manager can’t look up service records. Extremely strange they can’t ask the technician about the service performed.
Extremely sketch and messed up they would fleece a Veteran like that. Tu’s tire shop is a NO from me dawg.

Drove across town 30 minutes and got there 15 minutes before closing and they quit servicing customers. They need to change their published hours

Had a slow leak in my rear tire. I pulled into a vacant spot and the guy was pulling the jack over already. The tire was off 4 minutes after I got there. I got it plugged, I was out of there in about 15 minutes! Awesome..

Brought my truck there had all 4 rims and tires in stalled, bought brand new lug nuts and went home to put the correct air in the tire the next day and realized I was missing a lug out of each rim. When I called to inform them they said there is nothing they can do and will not get me another set or look for the ones I am missing please do not bring your car here there work is terrible and sluggish and will not be coming back

Do NOT ever use TU'S TIRE SHOP on Barataria Blvd in Marrero. I had them work on all four tires on my truck before leaving on vacation. Both my rims on the back of my truck fell off. They are refusing to accept responsibility for the cost of roadside service. They had to replace 16 studs that broke off and all the lugnuts.
