Edit to my previous post. Well.....I thought I was getting excellent service but wasn't.
My oil cap was left open and oil sprayed everywhere in my engine. Brought it back and the cap was supposedly put on and the oil cleaned. I brought my car to a body shop for a small repair and was told I have an oil leak. I brought my car to a mechanic shop to check on the oil leak only to find out the oil cap was not screwed on, again. It was just sitting in the place it is supposed to be screwed into to and pull everywhere, again. It's costing me $145 to have the oil cleaned off the engine just to tell if I do actually have an oil leak. --- I always go to Take 5 for my oil changes. They have excellent and speedy service. And the employees/technicians are always so courteous and respectful

I'm an avid reviewer and I love giving props we're props are do.
This location really treat's every customer like "ViP" which is very rare in the world we live in today! As I drove into this establishment the curb side appeal and also the cleanliness of the building and the grounds was very inviting to me. As I pulled up to the bay I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Mr.Joseph that offer me a plastic water bottle which I thought was very thoughtful of an establishment to do and to be honest, I was kinda thirsty to begin with(LoL)!Another staff member Mr..Kevin directed me into the bay area and welcomed me to this establishment. Mr..Kevin explained to me what was going on and made sure I didn't have any questions which made me feel like I was part of take 5 family! Mr.Jamal showed me were my oil line was at on the dip stick after the oil was changed out and ask me if I had any qustion, which I didn't! Friendly, Friendly service, and not to mention very professional with a Smile on there face. I will say this location is the 'Best" location to get your "Oil" or anything else you need done to your vehicle.Check out this location for yourself and you will find out what the "Fuss" is all about! No long wait time at all which I and my family and friends love! Bravo Zulu to this location which is the "BEST!"

Fast, Friendly Service.
That's what I said in the past.
Now I discovered that I have been paying for Full Synthetic Oil and that and they have been setting my engine oil light to come on after 3000 miles, Full Synthetic Oils are good for 7500 miles !!
No satisfaction when I called about this issue !!
I see what has been happening now.
