I don’t know how this Sally’s has so many great reviews on google. They are VERY unprofessional and rude. I dont usually leave reviews but I don’t like the way I was treated. I made a order online to pick up in store. I figured it would be picked out by the time I had my lunch break. When I went on my lunch break it had been over an hour so I decided to call and just see what the status was. They said it didn’t show up on their end yet and to call back in 5 minutes. Okay that’s fine. I was driving and called back in 10 minutes instead to give them time. I tried calling back and they forwarded my call every single time. I tried calling at least 6 times and they would forward it or pick up and hang up. All I wanted to know is if my order was going to be ready so I could pick it up before they closed because I wasn’t getting off until 7:30pm. So I decided to go in person and when I went in there the manager had a nasty attitude and said that the girl told me to wait for a manager, that’s not true ans regardless even if I hung up it was a misunderstanding. What was all of that for??? Because a CUSTOMER wanted to know why her order was taking so long when it’s not even busy. Now I have to wait a whole day to pick up my order and have to deal with attitudes.

After about 2 weeks ago finally come to a sallys store and got my merchandise for 52 cent actual retail price 27.49. Great service....cashier was very professional and courteous

Had to go to 2 locations to get what I needed. Seems they have trouble keeping up with stocking the shelves. The air conditioning was out at the Harvey Location and according to a staff member, has been out for 5 days.

I have never seen such rude behavior and poor customer service in my entire life! I was the last Customer for the day. There was no " take your time and make your final shopping choice for we are closing" they just turned every single light out on me. Scared my 4 year old daughter to death! I stated. I'm so sorry, I didn't realize what time it was. The clerk stated very rudely "look we have to get you out before a certain time!" Never again will patronize a place like that again. HORRIBLE!

This is my go to Sally's Beauty Supply on the west bank of New Orleans. The staff is friendly and they don't hound around you while your shopping. They always have the latest hair products too.
