I spoke to Taylor at Riverside about selling a wrecked car. He said he would go check the car out the next day. I never heard from him again despite calling and leaving messages every day for a week. Eventually, I gave up and went somewhere else. A really bad experience that added to an already bad situation.
EDIT: Soon after I posted this review, I received a call from Taylor. It was nice to finally hear from him after more than a week of calls and messages. At that point, Taylor made me an offer on my vehicle, which was significantly lower than what Copart offered. I have no ill will towards this business but I want people to avoid having the experience that I did.
