Terrible Customer Service: The guy was ugly, hostile, & disrespectful from the very beginning. When I asked questions because I was unfamiliar with alarm system keys & fobs he became combative & was ranting by the time my conversation ended. I will not go there. I do not recommend anyone go there and submit to such rudeness, hostility, & meanness.

How is it possible that they can install a car amplifier, but they can't install a *second* car amplifier? Lol. The wiring is already all done.I think whoever answers the phone just didn't understand what I was saying? But ok.Update: I called back and now they said $300 to install a second amp when my car already has power cable and sound out run to the trunk so ouch, rude AND expensive!

The guys at RD are helpful and knowledgeable about carts and all types of electronic and automotive repairs. They were also honest and didnt change, or charge me for anything more than necessary

I had an appointment to get my windows tinted at 9 am. I checked in and said I guess I’ll sit here and wait. The employer said, no, you won’t; that’s for a customer you can’t stay inside. When I made the appointment, the owner did not say I couldn’t wait inside.
