I came in at 4:10 and signed in. An employee came out and said that they could not take anyone else today. There was 1 other person in the waiting room area. The hours are clearly posted on the door, the wall, and the website as 6am-4:30.

The lady in the back was very rude. Horrible expressions on her face. Lady in the first station was very polite, and smiling. I just don't get it. No reason to treat people like this. ?

She was very friendly yet professional. My appointment was takened on time as usual. I use the online service of making an appointment ahead of time. Fantastic Feature

Only complaint is that I took my test on Wed and now it's Fri and still no results. Therefore, I'm going into the weekend in pain, with no meds for a potential UTI because doctor is waiting on test results, which they said they should've had by now. My doctors office told me to call Quest to see what the hold up was. I tried calling the local Quest, and the automated system kept putting me to another automated system or referring me to the web site. I could never get a live person on the other end of the phone. Therefore, no movement on this matter and still no test results.

There’s no front desk at this location, so make your appt as early as you can in the day. If not, you’ll be waiting hours. The staff are nice and busy all day so cut them a break.

The worst and most painful phlebotomy experience I’ve ever had. As a phlebotomist myself, I’d never want someone to have to experience this. I wish I remembered the name of the tech I had.
