{Beware} of this place the work is sub par this place smells like a toilet they have some man sleeping on the couch that they have to wake him up to move for clients and they told me one price $80 and I paid with a credit card they added $5 and then was mad that they got no tip I just paid you $80 for 45 minutes work. sad people DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

If you are looking for that exceptional level of nail service, whether you’re traveling, a tax-paying local or somewhere in between like I am because you visit so much, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I’ve been to many shops and this is a gem. Yes, call ahead...especially if you are planning ahead and need an appointment to secure the time your service requires. My first visit felt like MY nail shop. I have done it all, from dip set with extensions to stones with designs. Please feel free to view my Google review photos for Regal Nails and Secret Nails, both in Baton Rouge, LA. Nowadays, I only need a pedicure and because of that, searching for a nail shop with great pedicure service take either a referral or keep trying, which wastes time and money. If you know your products, the products at Nu Nails are top shelf. My service included the purple paraffin wax AND the tech gave me a very relaxing back message with the Nu Skin product, which I’ve used before with ultra relaxing results. Yes, I read the reviews prior, called the shop and I am very pleased that I did.

I requested almond shaped nails and this is what I got. I asked the nail tech to fix the shape because they were uneven and she said "no they're perfect." Of course the polish I selected was empty, so she gave me a new color that looked nothing like the original one I wanted. She also overcharged me by $15 for shaping my nails, when the shape I requested was not even done right. I can confidently say that i am never coming back to this salon.
