No one seemed overly eager to help me when I walked in. The two women behind the counter continued talking while I waited. When Bonnie did finally acknowledge me, she was not helpful at all. She stated they didn’t have the part. When I asked how long it would take to get it ordered/in, she mentioned the only location in town where it was in stalk. I told her I was from NC and had no idea where that was. When asked for the address she seemed put out. She asked me, “couldn’t you find it at another auto parts store?” I told her, this store was my first stop. NAPA is typically my go to, especially when out of town. Not after my unpleasant experience with Bonnie. So disappointed!

Sign says 8, but they dont open until 9. And when we called the manager at around 830 he acted like we were rushing him and he wasnt having it.

I tried to buy 2 barrens for my van, they had one brand new one unopened, and two refurbished ones open. She had to order me one from another store, said it would take three hours. She got back to me way before three hours. Talking about it's ready. I returned only to find it was not brand new unopened like the one I had bought before. Mind you I paid eighty five a piece plus tax for two new ones, the refurbished were forty five a piece. She showed me it, it was refurbished. I told her I paid for the brand new ones. She replied that one is a new school barren. The other is an old school barren. I replied I want my money back and you can keep those mismatch barrens, *rolls eyes up* yeah right. Never shopping there again. Lying female employee. She was like Arab or hindu.
