These people suck. No location answers the phone then the store on lapalco hung up on me as I was telling her my problem.. She never answered when I called back. They system is always down when I have to make a payment but nobody can help me and the app is down, store system down and the associates are trash.

My bill was $200 I was ready to move out of T-Mobile but Chris was able to make my bill $120 I'm so happy that I stopped at this store because I stopped at other stores and they didn't care at all but the guy at this store is nice and always works with everyone
