After having a bad experience of my phone being stolen I was helped and given options to get my account back up and running now I have a great phone and I will be celebrating 1year Metro by T-Mobile?????

There's a guy named Raphael he is very polite and very good at what he does and he helps you in any kind of way he can and he makes sure that the customers are always taken care of the right way my name is Jake and he always helps me when I have a problem with my phone he goes out of his way to make sure everything is right and correct and because of him I make sure I go to the store he works at only because of his job said and skills the way he gets stuff done you would think he was a manager or the owner of the store again he is a very polite person my whole family goes there just because of him

The guys who work there are very friendly ,professional, and helpful. They take their time to meet ur needs and "take care" of me every time I go into the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else- JUST BECAUSE OF THOSE 2 GUYS! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE!!
