The employees I have encountered here have taken customer service to the next level. Very friendly and if you're looking for something most will stop what they're doing and actually take you to the location of your inquiry not just point and leave you to your own devices. They have a self checkout system but there are people there to assist you. They will actually cheerfully assist or check you out if you need help.

If you are planting flowers, herbs or veggies please do yourself a favor and go see "The Plant Lady", Gwen. She has more knowledge than anyone I've seen running a nursery. She's friendly and more than willing to share her knowledge. This lady is God sent. She helped with answering so many questions and helped me find the things I didn't even know that I need that went w a project I was trying to put together. Go see her! She's amazing!
