Update 1/17/23: I have still not been refunded for the $750 extra that I paid, for items not received. After 4 hours in the store, talking to 3 different managers and IT, the last thing they told me was that I need to call a 1800 number because there's nothing they can do. Update 1/18/23: needed to order a second set of washer and dryer. Delivered to my business. I open the boxes an hour later, and the dryer is completely smashed in the side. Call the store, no answer. Redirected to customer service, placed on hold for 10 minutes. Talk to someone about my issue, she redirects me again. Someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me. I try again, same thing. No one can help me. Now I'm waiting on a call from the guy who sold it to me yesterday, but he's with a customer and no one else can help. I will never buy anything from Lowes again.
